SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This Subscription Policy applies to any subscription-based purchases made through ZenVentra Wellness.

Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout and authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method unless and until you cancel.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery schedule you selected at checkout.

Subscription pricing, discounts, and benefits are shown at checkout and may vary by product or promotion.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account portal, including the ability to:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a shipment
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update billing or shipping information
  • Cancel your subscription

Any changes must be made before your next billing date to affect the upcoming order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at support@zenventrawellness.com.

If you cancel after a recurring order has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and cancellation will apply to future recurring orders.

Promotional Subscription Offers

If you enroll using a discounted subscription promotion, that offer applies only under the terms stated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional pricing for future renewals as permitted by law and with notice where required.

Failed Payments

If your recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file and/or notify you to update your billing information. We reserve the right to pause or cancel subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.
