• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging if possible.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Some items (like custom footwear or clearance items) may be non-returnable – these will be marked on the product page.
